Erin Shannon, Editor
Erin loves to read and has been obsessively devouring novels for as long as she can remember. She loves the way books can make you experience someone else’s life and story, so she enjoys writing with this same feeling in mind. Erin has played soccer since five and now continues by playing varsity soccer here at Kent. She is very passionate about the sport and hopes to always be involved with it in some aspect of her life. On campus, she is a peer counselor, a tour guide, participates in Model UN, the writing club, and other activities. Erin is the older sibling of a pretty cool, if not slightly annoying, sister Kate who is also a student at Kent. She lives in Litchfield, CT which is an impressively small town just 30 minutes from Kent. Erin will continue to answer the question of why she choose to be a boarder with a simple but irrevocable answer: she is not a morning person.
